Joe Wallace English 101 Professor Wilson 12/13/07 Reflective Letter I would like to start out my letter by saying that I enjoyed taking this class this semester I was very happy with my own progress as a writer. I had a chance to write about things that I was interested in and I felt that helped me stay focused on my paper. Not only did I want to write a good paper to get the grade I wanted, I started to write for my own satisfaction and to prove to myself that I can be a good writer. The paper that I have decided not to showcase is the memoir, the first one of the year. I think there are several reasons why I chose not to showcase this one in particular. One being that like you pointed out in class, I have lost some of my emotional attachment to it. It has been so long since I have looked at it and I just don’t feel the same about it as I did earlier in the year. I also believe that my other papers are somewhat better than the memoir that I wrote.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
