Lymphoid Myeloid ( Immature ) Acute leukemia (ALL) Children At this stage (the acute does not give you big spleens) Treat CNS ( immature ) Acute leukemia (AML) >20% blasts At this stage (the acute does not give you big spleens) B-cell IMMATURE - >20 T-cell IMMATURE - >20% AML -NDS M0 M1 M2 M4 monocytic differentition M5 M6 - erthyroids M7- megacaryoctic Secondary MDS Recurrent cytogenetic abnormal - T(8,21) - T(16;16) - T(15,17) ** these chromosome might not be correct**sorry guys but they do have better prognosis o APL treat with ATRA o APL DIC!! (once you start the ATRa they get out of the DIC) **these common ones have better prognosis Mature neoplasm Adult/elderly Mature or chronic leukemia (same as neoplasm) <20% blasts B-cell Lymphoma/leukemia T-cell Lymphoma/leukemia MPN/MPD Adult Elderly No dysplasia Splenomegaly Increase count (cytosis) - RBC MDS Adults Elderly Dysplasia Decrease (penia) Usually no splenomegaly - Neutrophils: 1-2 lobes
