Microcytic (<80) Normocytic (80-100) Macrocytic (>100) Fe Deficiency - Dec MVC (60s) - High RDW (<15% = anisocytosis) - RBC values make less RBC o MCV/RBC > 50 - Low Fe Serum - High TIBC - % Sat = Fe serum/TIBC o Normal 20-50% o Low <10% diagnostic o High >50% - Low Ferritin (in patient though, not super helpful because it can be normal do not rule out Fe) - Retic.
