Unformatted text preview: -Move the lamp 100 cm away from the tubes with the heat filter in between.-Wait 10 minutes for equilibration and then measure light intensity with photometers.-After equilibration, measure the temperature in the Elodea water bath and record in table.-Adjust the fluids in the pipettes of both tubes so that they are at the 0.2 ml mark.-Read position of the fluid in the pipettes at two-minute intervals for 10 minutes.-at higher light intensities, greater movement will be seen.-Collect 3 more data sets with the light source at successively closer distances (75, 50, & 25cm).-Use a computer to graph the data collected in this lab....
