You may do your solutions to those problems by hand or may use a drawing tool of your choice. If you work with others, hand in one copy for the whole group, with everyone’s name on it. You should do problem 3 on your own and hand it in via MyPoly. Problem 1. The United States Congress consists of two houses, the Senate and the House of Representatives. Each state elects two senators. Each state is divided into Congressional Districts and each Congressional District elects one representative (also called a Member of Congress). The number of Districts in a state is based on the state’s population. (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List of United States congressional districts for more info about Congressional Districts.) In this problem, you’ll design a database for storing information about states, congressional districts, senators, and representatives. Using the
