Antonio v Carrie: Carrie did not breach a contract. There was not a firm offer, agreement, intention or consideration. Antonio could have placed a dollar down on the offer to hold it. Hotel Lux v Chef Perlee: For this to be a valid contract it must be reasonable. A court will scrutinize the contract to check for this very carefully.
