EE-331 Devices and Circuits 1 Homework 7 Winter 2011 Due in class on Wednesday, February 23, 2011. Problem 1: Problem 4.16(a,b) on p. 205 of Jaeger and Blalock. Use the NMOS transistor parameters listed in Table 4.6 on p. 204. Problem 2: Problem 4.23(a,b,c,d) on p. 205 of Jaeger and Blalock. Problem 3: Problem 4.32(a,b,c) on p. 206 of Jaeger and Blalock. Use the NMOS transistor parameters listed in Table 4.6 on p. 204. Problem 4: Problem 4.39 on p. 206 of Jaeger and Blalock. Problem 5: Problem 4.40(a,b) on pp. 206-207 of Jaeger and Blalock. Use the NMOS transistor parameters listed in Table 4.6 on p. 204, except for the threshold voltage V TN which is given. Problem 6: Problem 4.44(a,b) on p. 207 of Jaeger and Blalock. Problem 7: Problem 4.51(a,b,c) on p. 207 of Jaeger and Blalock. Use the PMOS transistor parameters listed in Table 4.6 on p. 204. Problem 8: Problem 4.57 on p. 208 of Jaeger and Blalock. Problem 9: Problem 4.73 on p. 209 of Jaeger and Blalock. Add the missing parameter GAMMA = γ = 0.5 V 0.5 which is needed to properly model body bias effects.

### What students are saying

• As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

Kiran Temple University Fox School of Business ‘17, Course Hero Intern

• I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

Dana University of Pennsylvania ‘17, Course Hero Intern

• The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
