9/13/11 Make wise comparisons I would have to say that making wise comparisons has made me a happier person because I always used to compare myself to people that I thought were better than me and it always made me feel like less of a person. In the textbook it states that instead of comparing yourselves to people that are higher than you compare yourself to those that have less. When I read that it kind of sounded mean to me , but it is a good idea because then that way you are able to feel like a good person.

Keep a gratitude journal I do not have a gratitude journal, but from what the text said I think that I will start doing that because it seems like a great idea. There are many things that I am thankful each day and if I keep a journal of them then if I am having a bad day I can go back and read them, then it will make my day a lot better.
