My name is Renate and I am from Mexico I have been thinking about moving my family to America for so many different reasons. I have been thinking about immigrating to the United States for years because here there are not too many job opportunities and the ones we do have do not pay that much. I want to be able to support my family and know that I will not be living paycheck to paycheck. I know that it is hard for Mexicans to cross the border to the United States because they have so many different police officers who guard it. It is a long process to immigrate, but in the end it would all be worth it. I believe all the procedures you must take in order to immigrate takes a long time, but it is for the safety for others. Being fingerprinted will help Americans by saving them. If they do not do that then a criminal could cross the

I was reading the forms page on the www.uscis.gov website and it is a very expensive process and in the end I may become broke, but it is a good choice for my family. I do not believe that the government should favor certain immigrants because it is not fair to treat one group a certain way and the other a different way. We are still all people and should be treated equal. I think that the citizenship preference should be given to anyone no matter if they are poor or rich. We are all the same and not one person should be treated differently. Even though I am from Mexico I believe that each country should be given priority because some countries are dangerous and you want to make sure that you do a good background check that way you know you are not setting some murderer lose....
