STUDYING FOR THE 6M:134 MIDTERM Format: Multiple Choice + 1 Essay Things to Study : Print out and review all PowerPoint slides. If it is on a slide, it probably will be on the exam. All lectures prior to the midterm exam (up to and including Experimental Design) could be the basis of a question. Use the course textbook as a reference. If you don’t understand something on a slide, then go to the text and read up on the topic. I will not ask about topics in the book that are not on a slide. You are responsible for all readings from the course packet: all cases (discussion and written) as well as the Backward Market Research article. For cases, you should understand the main points: the key issues and the principal conclusions. You don’t have to memorize the cases themselves. Marketing research uses the Learn-Feel-Do model. Make sure that you understand the model and how it can be used in questionnaire design. Preparing for the Essay Question:
