Review: Venn Diagrams We can use Venn Diagrams to show the validity or invalidity of an argument. Ex: Anyone who reads the Bible will find enlightenment. Some people who find enlightenment become rich. Thus, anyone who reads the Bible will become rich. (All B are E. Some E is R. Thus, all B are R.) Notice: The x is not placed in the intersection between “B” and “R.” The argument is, therefore, invalid.
