Group Evaluation Within our group, each member contributed equally with their own unique strengths. We communicated together as clearly as a team should. We have had our ups and downs but no one is perfect. The mistakes that we have made were only motivations to get better. And we did. We capitalized on our errors and we made it right the next time. As far as communication goes, we clicked together like we have known each other for ages and we were all on the same page. Everyone knows their role within the team. Jake Hobrock automatically stood out as our leader. Not to say the others were not capable but Hobrock was the brain of our project. His passion rubbed off on us as we were touched by the idea of the mission. We all pitched in our proposal and in the end we felt like Hobrock’s idea would make the most immediate impact. Our ideas consisted of assisting children with school supplies, a program that sets up running for cure for cancer, or an afterschool program to help kids stay active.
