Current major problems? Strategic recommendations (and support) Fallout Strategic analysis made EZ: Youll get some individual-level practice with the building blocks: The 10-K Integration Project (5 forces, SWOT) Well be refining/expanding the frameworks a little as we go But for now, think in those terms as you look to Case 1, Case 2, and The Great EMBA Case Competition The recurring question: What are we doing here? What are we doing here? All firms have strategy. The only decision is whether you manage it, or simply back into it We will be looking at: Strategic analysis Strategic decision making Strategic planning & implementation Integrating strategy across functional areas What is strategy?
