M E M O R A N D U M TO: Dr. Kuang-An Chang Instructor, CVEN 302, Fall 2010 FROM: Ryan Henry 219003331 DATE: October 1, 2010 RE: Bouncing Balls in a Closed Box In this program, I used a set of initial conditions and given equations to make a movie frame of a falling ball bouncing along the x-axis of a plot. If you run the program, you can see the ball in action. The first graph you see below shows the path the ball took in the movie frame (plot of position vs. time). The second graph shows the velocity the ball had relative to the time (plot of velocity vs. time). The program code used for this assignment is shown in the Appendix section.
