Legal Moralism 2 CheckPoint: Legal Moralism What our society considers immoral other societies, cultures, or subcultures may not. For example I believe it is completely immoral for pet stores to legally purchase puppies from puppy mills. I believe it is morally wrong, because the qualities of care the dogs and puppies receive are below acceptable standards. This causes for malnourished, inbred, and disease ridden puppies being sold for top dollar to the unsuspecting public. In other instances such as drinking and driving or legalizing marijuana, to the people who do those things it is ok and should be legalized, but to the rest of us it is legally and morally wrong just because given what alcohol and driving and drugs have been proven to do. People have been killed by drunk driving and some instances by people under the influence of drugs. In my opinion it has been proven that these inhibit your driving skills, so
