Text messaging has quickly become the new alternative form of communication, allowing people to connect essentially anytime and anywhere. Texting is convenient and fast, but among all of the good qualities, there is one disadvantage that often creates problems: text messaging has it’s own lingo that is troublesome to comprehend at times. It’s important to understand the lingo in order to communicate via texting. Text messaging is meant to be a quick and straightforward for of communicating, but for someone who is oblivious to the new lingo, the messages can become complex to decipher. In order to better understand how it works, just follow the guidelines below and you’ll be on your way to texting in no time. All throughout your years of education, you were told that much emphasis should be placed on capitalization and punctuation. In texting, those rules don’t apply.
