Contract Law By Narinder Schoeling 2 I will use what I have learned in this course to show how contracts are legally enforceable between two parties. I will show that legally enforcement elements are within an oral contract as well. I will also show how contract laws are used to help the injury party collect on damages. I will also discuss the impact contract law has on the case at hand. This will be done through identifying the elements of contract law. An oral contract between an employee and employer that are related takes place but one person doesn’t perform their part of the contract but gets the benefit from the contract. The oral contract in this case, stated that the business was to pay for the education of the second party and in return they would be able to right off the expense on the taxes returns. Everything went a planed and the employee enrolled in school and whet to classes and the employer got the bill for the classes even though it was in the employee’s name he wrote it off the tuition on the taxes. The employer received the benefit the company; however unknown to the employee the company refused to pay the bill. Even thought they stated that the company would pay and even the IRS believes it to be so but it was not. According to the text, a contract is a legally enforceable agreement that is created when
