Time Estimate: 5 minutes Materials: Clear bowl (deeper than the height of the graduated cylinder)  Paper Towel 100 mL graduated cylinder pen or pencil plastic drinking cup Advance Preparation: Fill the bowl with enough tap water to reach the height of the graduated cylinder. Procedure: Crumple the paper towel and put it in the bottom of the graduated cylinder, using  the pen or pencil to get the towel to the bottom.  Make sure the paper towel will  stay in the bottom of the cylinder when turned upside down.  Turn the graduated  cylinder upside down and slowly lower it into the bowl of water.  Keep the glass  as straight up and down as possible until the cylinder is submerged.  Then slowly  lift the graduated cylinder straight up out of the bowl and let the water drip off  before turning the cylinder right-side up.  Remove the paper towel and let the
