Team Sugar Water Purple (Isaac, Drew, Colby, Evan, and Jansen) Section: 11am Collaboration Update and Team Assessment November 7 A Successful Team Effort At this point in our experience as a working team, our group has experienced a great deal of success. For every task that has been assigned, our group has done an excellent job of communicating and reaching consensus. Reaching consensus is essential for a group to be efficient, however, if there is not first some type of collaboration in which each team member’s ideas and feelings are expressed then the team really has no depth to it. The attached consensus graphic (Fig. 1) displays how our team comes to a consensus. This is an aspect where we feel our group has really thrived. We have not had a decision made without reaching consensus, yet there is always some kind of extensive conversation between the team on which direction our team should go.
