First Mid Term Exam The first mid term exam will be closed book and closed notes. You will not need a calculator–there are no calculations on the exam. The exam questions will be similar to the ones on the homework: ight questions worth 1 point (1 word answers) Eight questions worth 1 point (1 2 word answers) Eleven questions worth 2 points (short sentence answers) Ten questions worth 3 points (short sentence + diagram answers) One question worth 5 points (Comprehensive diagram) The main difference between the exam and the homework is you will not have your lecture notes to help you in the exam. If you have been doing the homework and learning the material along the way (rather than just copying it down) you should be in good shape. Are there any questions or concerns regarding the mid term?
