The fist variable ‘time’ is used in graphing to show a section of the cyclic function rather whereas the variable ‘TIME’ allows for many more cycles (400x as much) to occur and is used to create 1 second of sound output. 2. It creates an array starting at 0, ends at 3. It generates a sound with the wave pattern that the function MrGarrett_1B produces over a period of SR seconds, our sampling rate. 4.

Part 3 1. I predict that ‘sin(0.5 * 512 * pi * TIME)’ will produce a low pitched sound with no change in amplitude. The graph will be a normal sine wave stretched out left- to-right. 2. 3. My plot matches my prediction that the 0.5 multiplier on the inside of the sine function stretched the plot left-to-right.
