There was a competition between four poets whose poems were about social issues and presented at the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) SPEAKout Summer Slam in Toronto, 2010. The competition took place on the 6th of August 2010 at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto. The exact location of ROM is 100 Queens Park Toronto, Ontario M5S 2C6, and the St. George stop on the Bloor-Danforth subway line is closest to the ROM s main entrance on Bloor Street W.the competition started at 7 pm and continued until 11 pm. The price of each ticket was 15$, but if someone has booked them online, it cost 12$. It was the competition of that SPEAKout’s Summer Slam poets discussed various topics that left the audience awed. They talked about different social problems such as how the first world people look at third world county’s people, how the color of the skin is a big deal even in the 20th century, and how life is different in poor and those countries involved in war is from countries like Canada. These four poets were Ahmed El Ahmady, Amal Ahmed Albaz, Chris Tse, and Loh El. each of these poets represented great poets that left the audience shocked. Ahmed El Ahmady used rhythm as the primary poverty tool in his poem. He talked about unity
