America is going to have to deal with the problems of immigration, health, and urban cities 4. Frontier turns- a. Inward: the concept of renewal and birth of cities that exist i. New wildness might be the moral wilderness ii. The new frontier is internal b. Outward: Creating an American empire i. Frontier is now in Cuba, Puerto Rico, etc. ii. Moving overseas
