Activity 131Why is it often necessary to seek assistance from other professionals and service providers to provide appropriate support? (100–150 words)It is necessary to seek assistance from other professionals and service providers if the client have complex or multiple needs. This is because most organisations often only focus on a specific area such as disability, aged care etc. By concentrating on a particular service they are able to develop policies and procedure and provide quality ofcare. Thus for a client with multiple needs a single organisation alone can’t accommodate all necessary services needed. Thus they would have to collaborate and consult with other services and network. If any individual or organisation provide services out of their area of expertise, then it may lead to risk client’s health and life.
