    The contestant is asked a series of questions with multiple choice answers and ten seconds to respond. In the event that a contestant cannot give an answer, he/she may use one or all three life-line alternatives. A contestant may only use a life line once. Life lines are as follows: “50/50” removes two incorrect answers. “Phone a friend” allows you to call a friend to get advice on the best answer. “Audience Poll” gives you results of the most popular answer the audience would choose.     Contestants earn money by answering questions correctly. The value of questions answered correctly are as follows: 1. $100 2. $250 3. $500 4. $1,000 5. $5,000 6. $10,000 7. $25,000 8. $50,000 9. $75,000 10. $125,000 11. $250,000 12. $400,000 13. $500,000 14. $750,000 15. $1,000,000 A contestant may opt out of the game at any given time he/she wants and will be awarded the last milestone reached. Milestones values are at $5,000; $75,000; and $500,000.
