The formula is Assets are equaled to liabilities plus Owner Equities. This formula is led by the total combined asset or assets. These assets are chosen from the start of the business to current operations of it. The second part of the formula is the liability side. These assets had to be maintained or bought through second hand money. The source of the money might come from loans to possible shareholders who want to own the business
