If you install CAT 5 UTP cable on the present hub without upgrading the hub itself will not help increase network bandwidth. If you decided to upgrade the hub to a switch that could handle 100 Mbps or more, then the bandwidth speed would be increased. Increasing the amount of RAM in the server would not be beneficial, rather I would install a couple more servers so each server could have its own role and help support growth in the future if it becomes required. Adding RAM to the servers on a slow network will not help. The question did not state how much RAM is currently on the servers so I cannot assume adding more RAM to the servers will help....
