I am by no means an expert in dealing with federal funding or government related issues, but it seems to me that the nation’s tribes are using this money to better its people, and I believe it should continue. Cutting this funding will have a negative impact on the number of housing units built for those who desperately need them. Another drawback to the number of housing units is the number of rehabilitation centers being built. These centers are much needed, as evidenced by the number built in 2010. In my opinion, the government needs to look elsewhere for budget cuts and give the American Indians the money necessary to continue the progress they are making....
