Map making is an important part of any geographer’s repertoire. These lab exercises present the opportunity to practice your skills as a cartographer. “Maps are weapons of mass communication.” ( Rachel Maddow ) You will be required to make maps of 10b, 11d and 12b . These must not be just screenshots. They must contain all usual map elements, such as scale bars, titles, north arrows, etc.
