Week 2 Summary This week augmented the first week’s problem-solving diagram with finding alternatives, scoring and elimination of alternative, and risk assessment and mitigation. It also allowed us to describe a sample implementation from organizational work experience. Also, our learning team benchmarking paper explored a variety of topics and we were able to assemble an argument full of information, including alternatives and risk assessment and mitigation. Below is a highlight of what I learned, discovered, and shared: Harrison-Keyes—Problem Solving I learned through reading and research that the end-state goals for Harrison-Keyes include (1) Implementation of an e-book publishing initiative, (2) Revitalization of the company and its stakeholders, (3) Continued growth and success, and (4) Delivering a product free of infringement concerns for authors and useful to customers With these end-state goals in mind, possible alternatives include (1) Forming alliances with other e-book publishing companies, (2) Creating full-service book and e-book
