Email to stakeholders 02/05/2020 SUBJECT : Mission and vision review Good morning, Macville stakeholders I hereby to update you about my vision and mission review of our organization focusing objectives and notes from the meetings with CEO, are mentioned below: As we all are aware that our current mission and vision statement as of today: MISSION : MacVille is in business to provide espresso coffee machines, which are efficient, reliable, and sustainable towards the needs of hospitality client. The clients, in turn, rewards our organization with profits, which further allows our stakeholders and the communities to prosper in the area in which we operates. VISION: Within the next five years, Macville will become a national brand and will be accepted as an integral part of the hospitality industry,

which is actually a key component in the success of hospitality establishments, both large and small. As per my discussion with the CEO, these mission and vision statements have well aligned with one current organizational understanding. We are very well providing good moral standards and quality services to our customers. However, we want to grow to become national brand, but our values remains the same. We have to recognise new avenues of the market and change the way we understand our core values. MISSION: MacVille is in business to provide quality espresso machines that meet innovation and technology in simple way to provide updated and high standard service to our clients through constant research and advancements. VISION: MacVille believes in becoming national brand in next five years. Including this, MacVille will also recognise its social responsibility and will assist the community to grow along with the company. While revising our mission and vision statement, there is also a need to determine our organizational values. MacVille needs to identify more closely with the community it serves. Macville needs to be a good corporate citizen to recognise our responsibility to be active participants in our local communities, and even donate a percentage of profits to community and non-profit organization.
