Course Description and Objectives Organizational behavior (OB) focuses on human problems at the workplace. The course presents basic ideas and theories from the behavioral sciences as they apply to human behavior in organizations. The course’s main objectives are: 1. Explore the complexity of human behavior at the workplace. 2. Review the applicability of western OB theories to the Egyptian workplace. 3.
