Course Description and Objectives Organisational behaviour (OB) focuses on the complexity of human behaviour at the workplace. The course presents basic ideas and theories from the behavioural sciences as they apply to human behaviour in organizations. The course’s main objectives are: 1. Explore the complexity of human behaviour at the workplace. 2. Review the applicability of western OB theories to the Egyptian workplace.
