Introduction In Decisions in Paradise Part I and II, I examined how CPS Energy identified problems, defined the criteria, goals and objectives, evaluated the effects of the problems, and identify the cause of the problems. In the final phase of Decisions in Paradise, I will discuss the different factors affecting decision implementation, the resources and actions required for decision implementation, and evaluate the ethical implications from stakeholder’s perspectives. Factors Affecting Decision Implementation There are four key factors that will affect the decision implementation of CPS Energy. The four key factors are as followed the company’s overall image, convincing stakeholders that this is a worthwhile investment for the long term, the type of technology that will be put in place, and the environment that the technology needs to be shared. CPS Energy is dedicated to helping people not only in San Antonio but around the world.
