- S Phase - DNA replication - G2 - Increase amount of protein. - Mitotic Phase - Actual cell divides Bacteria Divide - Binary Fission: how bacteria cells replicate CDK and MPF - They push cells into division. - MPF all of a sudden increase and CDK is a gradual increase. Both at top concentration pushes the cell into cell division. - They fluctuate, when they are at high concentration they push the cells into division and when they are at low they push the cell out of the cycle.
