This company helps employs spets who find people that I are looking for a job change, encourage them to teach and then get them certified through their company. The sales representative must travel frequently and basically the only supervision the sales representative really has is the discussion of quotas and goals with his/her supervisor. The quotas are checked through the company laptop computer which is given to every employee. As long as the sales representative makes or exceeds the quotas, then he/she is free to do whatever he/she was doing to increase business for the company. The sales representative must be a self-starter and willing to understand the school board system.
