1.0 Executive Summary The company in our project is OldTown White Coffee China. The OldTown WhiteCoffee Corporation is origin form Ipoh, Malaysia. This company offer food and beverage andalso 3-in-1 white coffee at Malaysia and China. The example of 3-in-1 white coffee productoffer at Malaysia and China is OldTown White Coffee 3-in-1 classic, Hazelnut, natural canesugar, less sugar, Mocha and so on. In 2004 and 2005 this company have successfullyexported their product to foreign country like China, Taiwan, United State and so on. In 2017,the company has successfully entered China market by opening an Old Town White Coffeerestaurant. OldTown White Coffee practice different expansion strategies such as franchise,licensed, partially-owned and fully-owned strategies in different countries such as Malaysia,Singapore, China and Indonesia. Furthermore, the expansion strategy uses by this company toenter China market is by appointing local partners, regional license agreement with XiamenKuaike Investment Management Co. Ltd. Next, the strength for the OldTown White Coffeewhich is highly chain of comprising both owned and franchise, strong beverage retailnetwork, provide different variety of food and drinks which offers customers plenty ofchoices and having a good brand recognition.
