3.4. CHALLENGES IN GENERATING INTEREST IN THE PROGRAM As we can see, when we running on mentoring program there a lot of challenges to attract mentees interest. Some of the mentees fall asleep during mentoring program because the program lack of attraction. This happen because the mentors do not know the way how they can make the program becomes more attractive. Mentoring program is not all the serious things when we want to send the knowledge but it more too relaxing program. Thus, the mentees will not feel frustrated when it comes to mentoring program. Interest mentees can be attract in many ways not only for mentally but physical too. Mentors can be from the company or outsiders. The mentors can be selected from creativeness he can do to attract mentees interest.

3.4.CHALLENGES IN CREATING SUCCESSFUL MENTORING PROGRAM Workplace mentoring programs can be one of the best experiences a company can offer to an employee. The person who is joining the program can gain more benefits here either for a mentor or for mentees. This program is not easy to be handled but if good planning is being made then it can succeed. These programs also can succeed when there has cooperation between mentors and mentees.
