On the other hand it also implies an intensification in the levels of interaction interconnectedness or interdependence between the states and societies which constitute the world community.“ Naim (1997,p. 5) globalization "represents a profound redefinition of roles, possibilities and risks around the world that is altering the very nature of international relations and therefore, the nature of foreign policy." Boutros-Ghali (1996, p.6) believes that globalizations is creating " a world that is increasingly interconnected in which national boundaries are less important and is generating both possibilities and problems."
