For Travelodge to best embrace internet technologies for becoming a leading brand, it has to understand its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Threats Various threats post to this hotel. Due to accommodating tourism and international customers, it is prone to attack by the terrorists. Cyber insecurity is posing the problem of theft towards technological information online. Others are political instability and environmental issues resulting from daily activities, not to leave behind the fierce competition (Lin, 2016, 23). Environmental pollution is happening as a result of global warming and perhaps deforestation. There is a lot of corruption that is causing the environment to be unstable. Other customers sometimes seem to go for services from hotel substitutes. All these threats pose a hard time for the hotel to thrive. Opportunities Travelodge utilizes its capital and accessible loans to meet any set targets. It is also making fruitful franchising efforts. Due to its specialization, it connects to other businesses smoothly. It is thus able to expand in other countries. Its brand name is growing enormously due to their efforts in grasping any opportunities (Hossin and Arif, 2016, 19). There are producing bars surrounding it, and this poses an opportunity for it. The location area inhabitants are having an increased earning and thus can spend more in the hotel. Advertising media are promoting nearby industries, and the hotel is becoming famous as a result of this, bringing both national and international customers. The economy around seem to revive and this helps in getting new customers. The majority of the customers are those seeking relaxing and comforts. Not only of these are domestic customers but also international travelers. To bring about the effectiveness of their services, it is enhancing quick access to the internet. Users are accessing friendly services through their mobiles because some marketing services are on Google.
