As with in any company it is important to understand the company’s strengths and weaknesses. Having a strategic plan help to limit any issues the company may encounter. Many companies have weaknesses that are not fixable, however in most cases they are able to fix these weaknesses. This analysis will focus on the Key strengths and weaknessesof Starbucks Corporation. It will focus on the three major categories: people, product/service and the company.
