Executive Positions Editor In charge of reviewing and revising a variety of resources during the final stage of the editing process to ensure quality of work. They will be in charge of all editors to make sure that all sources are reviewed in a timely manner in order for the process to go smoothly. Is also responsible for verifying that all articles and resources are easily accessible. They will be asked to check on the editors and junior editor and see what work they are doing in order to maintain productivity. Preferred Skills: Must be knowledgeable about basic English grammar Should be able to edit a variety of genres and other works of writing Should be able to provide feedback and constructive criticism to writers and/or editors Time Commitment: Editors’ schedules are more flexible than other positions, and will usually be given a few days to edit each article. Committee Leader All committee leaders of their respective committee will be responsible for overseeing all tasks assigned to their committee’s team members. They will ensure that all members are meeting the deadlines of their specific role, as well as regularly assessing the overall efficacy of their committee. Committee leaders will also provide feedback and advice for the members of their committee, assisting them when needed. They will work closely with the executive officers to report progress, other proposals / ideas, etc. on a regular basis. Executive Graphic Designer The executive graphic designer will mainly oversee the members in the graphic design team (general committee) and ensure that all tasks are being done in a punctual manner.
