Knowledge Management – Continuous Innovation – Competitive Advantage Knowledge Management is the process of finding, grouping, collecting and sharing information obtained from various parts of the organization which can be later used to benefit themselves. Management of knowledge effectively helps organization to find solutions to commonly arising questions, knowledge management in an organization can be understand as the process where they are introduced to a new piece of information and are able to learn from what they have been given and implementing that knowledge into their products and services. It also includes how this information should be stored in every organization so it accessible to all the members in the organization. Knowledge management in present times can be found very helpful for organization and customers alike as it helps with the following: Helps keep the information organized and up to date Allows people to find their own answers without any help
