COMMUNICATION 2 Communication: Non-Verbal and Email After searching through my emails, I was able to find two of my emails that violate the “Email: Before You Hit Send.” Number nine, “changing the subject line of your reply” I never changed the subject line in my emails because I felt that it was an easy way to keep track of what we were originally emailing about. I noticed that I have never changed the subject line in any of my emails. After reading the short passage it makes sense to me now why you would change the subject line. Number one, “beware of confidential subjects.” When I read this one, I realized that I am guilty of this too. I have sent emails that had subjects’ lines such as “your requested results.” In my mind I am letting the patient know what the email is about not thinking that if it got into the wrong hands it would give away what the email is about.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
