2A.Corporate PoliciesIn order to better align TechFite’s company culture with the recent US factory’s operation in Dellberg, it is necessary to implement these rules immediately.Executive bonuses will be eliminated until a fiscally and socially responsible action plan is in place and the employees will have a voice in executive compensation through end of year reviews.A full review of all current employees with job scope will be done and full hire employment will be prioritized. Temp or part time employees will need a signed approval from the ethics officer with reason for not being full time documented.A volunteer event will be created each year to help improve the community of Dellberg. Executives will be required to lead the event and the nature of the event will come from shop floor employeesA1. Rationale Each of these policies are designed to re-align the US facility to the corporate culture. The elimination of executive bonuses and fulfillment of fulltime positions directly relates to the positive influence of TechFite to improve this struggling Dellberg economy. Having the employees have a voice in reviews for executive compensation further helps align this policy to our culture of employee empowerment. The final policyis to better involve TechFite in the local community, fulfilling a promise communicated in a recent presentation to the Dellberg City Council.
3A2.Ethical Versus Legal IssuesAn ethical issue does not necessarily violate a public or corporate policy or statute.
