Every year , convocations are being held in June and October. For both times , usually there is  one ceremony  in the morning, at 10am, and another ceremony  in the afternoon, at 2:30pm. Each   ceremony  lasts approximately from 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Guests are welcomed. A large number of guests   are expected, but to avoid overcrowding, each graduate is recommended to bring up to six guests.  Furthermore, a couple of reminders  are to be made to guests: young children may have a difficulty  seating through the whole ceremony, guests should arrive early as every one of the parking spaces   are likely to be taken quickly and guests with physical needs can be dropped off to the Red South  entrance for seating arrangements to be made. One of the nightmares  would be to be late for the  ceremony. Graduates should arrive at least 1.5 hours prior to the start time, allowing time for
