Introduction As professionals, educators, and parents it is our duty to address children's overall health and well-being while promoting growth in all areas. We want our children to be well balanced physically, socially, and cognitively. Research has shown that peer group activities encourage social, cognitive, and emotional development (Blume & Zembar, 2007).

Goals These programs are designed promote group activities that are fun while engaging children to participate further for healthy social and emotional development. The Center for Disease Control (2019) recommends that children be physically active for at least 60 minutes per day; so what better way than with activities that encourage physical and group activities. To encourage and promote active learning sessions that engage the students and inspire cognitive development. To encourage and promote social skills and development while giving children the opportunity to get to know and explore friendships with other children of diverse cultures and differently abled backgrounds.
