Thesis This paper reviews the obvious neglect, within the conflict management activities by the employees and employers themselves. Fundamentals of a “planned model” of conflict management amongst principal parties are discussed, including the doings of the actor, spectator, and the importance of time delay in the efficiency of conflict management actions. Conflict Manager Conflict is tension or disagreement between people or institutions. Conflict is often a feature around extractive projects, because of the disruption and change that these projects generate in societies. Conflict management approaches are used in many different aspects of human resources management for public and nonprofit organizations. This particular technique of management can be very useful. It is an eminent fact that every culture was and is still full of organizations, which play a major and enduring role in our lives. True organizations can vary in magnitude, structure, assets, personnel, and reason, but they do have some things in common. They are built upon two or more people who work together toward some common goal. 2

The objective of an organization is to provide goods and services to its members or to others outside the organization. In order to achieve that effectively, all organizations have to follow a plan and try to acquire the necessary recourses. It is here where the practice of conflict management takes effect. Definition of Conflict Without a doubt, conflict is any interpersonal relationship amongst members of any group. In life, we encounter different types of obstacles. We tend to feel a lack of assurance and idea of what is really suitable to do. Many young adults tend to find most conflict within personal relationships quite stressful; hence, any conflict within student organizations or work can become tremendously intolerable. In order for organizations to be effective and efficient in achieving its mission statement, goals, and standards, the individuals within the organizations need to have a mutual vision of what they are motivated to achieve. They also clear objectives for each team, sector, and entity. You also need ways to distinguish and determine conflict between people so conflict does not become so serious, and that co-operation within the organization Nguyen 3

becomes possible. All associates of any organization need to have skills/methods ways of keeping conflict to a minimum, solve problems caused by conflict, and know how to prevent it becoming a major barrier to your work. Whether it is a government, political party, business or nonprofit organization, this can happen to any organization, What Causes of Conflict Manager Although some credit conflict to structural improvisations, others say they are to be expected and deep rooted in us before we are even able to experience conflict. It’s as if everyone is expected to encounter conflict.
