The brand could be saturated fat free and the method we used could have isolated trans-fat or those fats that are not seen as unhealthy. #4) The fat comes from when the potato is deep-fried. The oil that the potato is fried in soaks into the potato chip during the frying, causing the fat. A potato is a starch and would not need the enzymes to break it down. It also has to do with the idea that “like dissolves like.” #5) .22 times 28 grams = 6.16 grams of fat in YUMtitos at 9/Calories per gram, so 9 Calories times 6.16 grams = 55.44 Calories So there is 6.16 grams of fat and 55.44 Calories from fat....
