Public policy is expansive; it is the law framework, administrative procedures, plan of action (or inaction), and funding strategies brought into effect by or on behalf of a political agency. A variety of factors affect public policy, including public opinion, economic conditions, new scientific discoveries, technological change, interest groups, nongovernmental organizations(NGOs), business lobbying, and other political activity.The public policy I am writing about is healthcare, Health policy not only affects the cost to which the citizens have to pay for care but also their access to and quality of care, which can have an impact on their overall health. The rising healthcare costs have increased both the availability of consumer income and the budget of the state. The USA mainly has a third-party healthcare-paying system, which allows a health insurance plan (third) to reimburse the doctors for the bulk of the healthcare costs. The nation employed a mixed public and private insurance
